The Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research (CSEFRS) is an independent advisory body established under Chapter 168 of the Moroccan Constitution. Its mission is to provide policy advice and opinions on public policies and national issues related to education, training, and scientific research.
As an independent advisory body promoting good governance, sustainable development, and participatory democracy, the Council aims to serve as a platform for strategic reflection on education, training, and scientific research-related matters.
