In order to introduce the International Study of Teaching and Learning, and to emphasize the importance of Morocco’s first participation in the 2024 edition of the study, as well as the importance of the involvement of the selected educational professionals within the sample, this is a documentary clip introducing the study through excerpts from institutional testimonials and impressions of participants in the pilot phase, carried out by the National Evaluation Authority of the Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research in 2023.
The Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research (CSEFRS) is an independent advisory body established under Chapter 168 of the Moroccan Constitution. Its mission is to provide policy advice and opinions on public policies and national issues related to education, training, and scientific research.
As an independent advisory body promoting good governance, sustainable development, and participatory democracy, the Council aims to serve as a platform for strategic reflection on education, training, and scientific research-related matters. It seeks to foster pluralistic debate and coordination on all issues of relevance to education, training, and scientific research.
The Council offers well-informed advice to decision-makers, stakeholders, and the general public. This is achieved through thorough and methodical evaluations of different education, training, and scientific research system components.
